Do I need a computer and software?
Yes you will need your own computer (Mac or PC) and have the version of the software you wish to learn installed.
What if I prefer not to be taught in my own home?
If you would rather not be taught at home or in your office we can arrange for a mutually agreeable location such as a cafe or in some circumstances, the trainer's own home office.
How do I pay for my training?
Simply pay the tutor by cash or cheque before commencing your session.
What if I am not happy with my training?
Customer satisfaction is our main priority, if you are not happy with your training please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a free training session or a full refund.
Do you teach outside Brighton and Hove?
We may do but we leave it down to the individual tutor who will be teaching you. A mileage charge of 60p per mile is chargeable outside Brighton and Hove. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Does it matter if I have an older version of the software?
No. So long as we know in advance, this isn't usually a problem.
I don't have a computer or software but still want to learn - is it possible?
Yes. digi-training can provide a laptop with the software loaded on to use for the duration of your session.
Do you teach people migrating from Quark Xpress to InDesign?
Yes. digi-training can go through the main differences with you and get you up and running with InDesign.
I am new to this software and don't know what I need to learn – can digi-training help me?
Yes. digi-training can put together a beginner's course for you. Our only requirement is that you have basic computer skills.
